Anna N. Schlegel is a native of Catalunya. Today she is Senior Director of Information Engineering, Product Portfolio Solutions and Globalization Strategy at NetApp, and has been head of globalization, information, and Digital Presence at companies like VMware, VeriSign, Cisco and Xerox. Anna has also been the CEO and General Manager of 2 Bay Area globalization agencies.

Anna is the recipient of 2017 Women Worth Watching in STEM award and 2018 Language Industry Person of the Year. Last month, Anna was awarded as Woman of Influence Silicon Valley by the Business Journal, and as Global Leader by the Data Awards in London. Anna is the author of Truly Global and the first networking engineering dictionary for Cisco.
She is the co-founder and President of Women in Localization,  Board Member of the Obama initiative US2020 “STEMentors Silicon Valley, and Chair of Women in Technology at NetApp.
